How high is this canopy?

This canopy is 2 m high. We also offer a 1.5 m canopy.

Do I get under-bed protection?

If you sleep above ground or basement level, you will require under-bed protection. Please use promo code MAT50 to receive 50% discount on your base protection mat. Basic grounding components are included with every canopy purchased.

How does it attach to the ceiling?

The canopy comes with six or eight Screwfix hooks, depending on size, which simply screw into the plasterboard, no drills required.

Is it hard to put up?

The dome couldn’t be easier but the box and four posters need 30 minutes and patience. They come with comprehensive instructions.

How do I test that it’s working?

If you have an RF detector, then this is the perfect way to test the canopy. The second-best way is simple – use it! Just get in and sleep in it. Give it three days for the body to adjust and feel the difference.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes, two years like-for-like replacement subject to any issue not being ‘self-inflicted’, i.e. tears due to misuse or not following washing instructions.

Will this protect against 5G?

Can I wash the canopy?

BlocSilver® is washable; however, it can only be washed up to 40 times. Wash gently without detergent, do not tumble dry.

Can this canopy be earthed?

Yes, we include basic grounding components with every canopy purchased.

Why is my canopy not working or making me feel worse?

1 The airflow is restricted: Open one quarter where EMF intrusion is weak.

2 Detox occurring: Give it time.

3 The canopy is not earthed properly: Check and secure earthing or replace with Swiss Shield.

4 The earthing is to an earth that carries dirty electricity: Connect to copper pipe in the garden or replace with Swiss Shield.

5 There are gaps between or the mat and canopy don’t touch: Check & secure.

6 There are some manufacturing residuals: Air on a washing line or gentle wash.

7 Personal sensitivity issue: Replace with Swiss Shield. 8 Metal springs in the mattress: Change the mattress.
