We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not happy with your item within this window simply return the item safely and on a trackable method to avoid loss.  Please ensure you mark the outside of the parcel clearly with your name and/or order number.

A 10% admin fee will be applied on returned orders that are not made known to us within 14 days of delivery and inbound and outbound carriage costs will be deducted from any refund. This admin fee will also be charged on goods that have clearly been used above and beyond a basic test as these items will not be able to be resold as new.

 We will accept all returns within this period except in the following circumstances:

(a) Products damaged by the customer (if a product is damaged in transit then the return will be accepted).

(b) Unique, custom-ordered products that we will not be able to resell.

The item(s) must be in an unused re-sellable condition with no damage, scents, or signs of personal use.
