Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30 day “No Quibble” returns policy. If you are not happy with your item within this window simply contact us then send the item back. We will accept all returns within this period except in the following circumstances:

(a) Product damaged by the customer. (if the product is damaged in transit then return will be accepted)

(b) Unique, custom ordered products which we will not be able to re-sell

The item(s) must be in a new condition with no damage. Simply contact us to begin the returns process or email

The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer
