We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not happy with your item within this window simply contact us then send the item back.
If you contact us within the first 14 days then you will receive a full refund.
If you contact us outside of the first 14 days then your refund will be subject to the following terms. A 10% admin fee will be applied on returned orders plus inbound and outbound carriage costs.
We will accept all returns within this period except in the following circumstances:
(a) Products damaged by the customer (if a product is damaged in transit then the return will be accepted).
(b) Unique, custom-ordered products that we will not be able to resell.

The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
