*Note. The TF2 is poor at detecting ambient radio frequency, only providing a measurement close to source of emission. We recommend the Acousticom 2, although this dips at the 5.6GHz frequency. The most reliable high-frequency detector is the Safe & Sound Pro II.

The TriField TF2 EMF Meter has several functions, it is an AC gaussmeter, AC electric field meter, and radio power density meter in a single unit, that combines all the features needed for fast, accurate measurements of electromagnetic fields (EMF).  If you want to know how much electromagnetic frequency you are surrounded by, this meter will help you find out the amount of EMF you are exposed to.

It detects three types of EMF pollution: AC magnetic, AC electric, and RF/microwave. It has a special frequency weighting mode for measuring EMF in the human body. The AC Magnetic Mode covers 40 Hz – 100 kHz and measurements are 3-axis, allowing for quick readings, regardless of meter orientation.

The AC Electric Mode covers 40 Hz – 100 kHz and the RF Mode covers 20 MHz – 6 GHz with a range of 0.001 – 19.999 milliwatts per square meter (mW/m2).

Easy to use with a large LCD that shows accurate readings clearly. The TriField TF2 EMF Meter can be used in low-light environments as it comes with an adjustable backlight and its audio indicator helps in spotting EMF sources easily. It can operate for more than 20 hours with backlight off, and up to 12 hours with backlight on. It comes with a 9V alkaline battery that includes a low battery indicator.
